Sesame sauce scallop sashimi

Ingredients you'll need:

- Scallop sashimi (100g)

- White sesame seeds (3 tablespoon)

- Mirin (1 tablespoon)

- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)

- Roasted sesame sauce (1 tablespoon)


Let's get cooking:

- Finely crush the sesame seeds until you can't see any big lumps. Then mix it with mirin, soy sauce and roasted sesame sauce.

2. Put the scallop sashimi in the sauce, mix well and let it sit for a few minutes until it absorbs the flavor.

3. Serve with the dish with rice, you can add seaweed, perilla, wasabi,... anything you think works well with the dish.
